Prof. Huang co-organizes the Multi-resolution Modeling of Biological Macromolecules Session in the Pacific symposium on Biocomputing 2010 in the Big Island of Hawaii.

Prof. Huang’s work is published in the Proceedings of the Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing (see here). We developed a new algorithm to construct Markov State Models at different resolutions to study conformational changes. (Pics here)
